Horrible. Never got an arrival instruction email. There is no sign to the hotel. Asked a restaurant nearby & they helped ring the bell on the wall, it had an extremely small faded sign along with other tenant names. No one opened the door, kept ringing, nothing. Called their phone number nothing.
Finally followed a delivery guy into the complex and again, no sign or instructions on how to get to the B&B. Staircase on the left and right, no idea where to go. Called the phone number again. Nothing. After some time a guy walks into the lobby and looks at our staircase & asks check in Durmi? Followed him up to the 2nd floor on the lift on the left.
Got the keys but wasn't given any info regarding check out & breakfast. Room is dim, scratch marks along the wall, painting has fallen down & placed in a corner. Toilet flush broken. Sink drain broken & doesn't move when I adjust the switch behind faucet. Shower handle broke off when I tried to adjust it, overhead shower is 80% blocked & leaking. Shower door can't be closed properly, so the floor is all wet. WiFi very slow. Room was warm at 26c. Aircon wasn't working. I whatsapped their number and someone said they'll fix the ac. They didn't. Other WhatsApp number, no one responded but blue ticks. Was told to get the Fan in the lobby. They emailed me that there is construction work, I asked what time work begins, told me 9am, few hours after the free cancellation. Drilling & hammering started at 0740.
Considered to leave early.
