We welcome and need you to visit our beautiful island. We thank you for your support and welcome you! This property is hotel zoned which means that short term rentals will continue to be legal rentals at this property. The apartment zoned properties are proposed to be converted to long term rentals. There are many new restaurants that have opened as well as several popular ones on the edge of Lahaina Town. We are rebuilding and looking forward to a bright future with your love and support. Pool newly remodeled at the oceans front, BBQs, cool lawn area with chaise lounges to relax in the sun, gym and concierge. Parking fee is paid at the front desk.

Beautiful Condo
The condo itself was absolutely amazing for our family of four. It was spacious, clean and offered the amenities we needed for a relaxing trip. The location and proximity were great as well. There was a lot to see and do right around or a short distance away. The resort itself was undergoing some renovations but nothing that disrupted our trip. Overall I would recommend.

Royal Kahana 2 bedroom condo
Everything was great! We loved the condominium!
The layout was perfect for our group of 3 but definitely would hold a bigger group. We had a beautiful ocean view from our balcony. The décor was so pretty and definitely had been recently updated.
The only drawback was lots on construction going on.
