The location was great. The facilities a bit rumpty, but reasonably clean (which we didn't mind as cost was very good). We think there were bed-bugs, not nice.

Well equipt and spacious, bathrooms and toilets need updating, generally needs redecorating. Staff very friendly and helpful on check in but didn't see anyone else around. Reception desk was closed most of the time.

The rooms were stinking!! I wouldn’t ever go back there to stay or recommend anyone. A simple air freshener could not be arranged to fix the issue either

Great location but hostel is in need of overhaul as quite drab. All social areas are of good size and offer good facilities. Private room was small and washing facilities dated.

Good Place

We enjoyed the experience. It was nice to have a place to store and prep our own food. The rooms were rather hot, but the ability to open windows made it bearable. Clean rooms and set up. The beds were comfortable and safe to sleep. Overall good experience and lovely hostess. Would likely visit again.

Awesome experience. Lovely people both staff & visitors. Note to have a mini light so when i got into the room (shared with 3 other women) i could see where is was going - lucky i had been earlier to understand the room layout.

The smell is really stinky in the room. We arrived at 8:36PM and it’s was a heavy raining day. We grab everything with us and we locked by the front door because the reception already left and no one told us it would happen? After we finally get in, we were already all wet. Really terrible experience that I had ever had!

Fabulous stay, right at the beach and so close to town. We always stay here when in Napier. The hosts are very friendly and nothing is a problem....facilities are great and always clean. With free wifi we highly recommend staying here and will be back again.

海岸沿いで快適な宿

長距離バスのバス停やスーパーマーケットからは、徒歩約8分程です。 水族館や博物館には徒歩5分程でした。 宿の目の前が海岸なので、気持ちが良かったです。 オーナー、お掃除の方共に親切です。 閑散期のため、ゲストは少なくゆっくり過ごせました。 キッチン、バスルーム共に清潔でした。 Wi-Fiは無料で無制限で良かったです。

Good location but .......

Its location is actually quite perfect, very close to the beach and walking distance to the Intercity bus stop and supermarkets. Staff were friendly. I accommodated in the single room, cozy and tiny. The cleaniness of the shared shower and toilet is sth I think improvement would be needed. I needed to wipe away the dust of the shelf and clean up the sink before I used it. No liquid soap was provided even after my feedback. It has a big clean kitchen. Surprisingly I found the staff took away themselves the food and seasoning things left by the guests, and someone drank my bottle of wine stored in the fridge...... huh

Too Much Bed Bug.room15

Too mich Bed bug. and No good staff. Because I said change room.He said NO Because He said I can not see a bed bug I showed the corpse of a bedbag from which blood came out. He said I can not see a bed bug. I slept only a little on that night and killed a total of 8 bed bugs. More than 30 bite in the bed bug in two days. I will never go again Even now, after a lapse of a week, the whole body itch it every night so I can not sleep. I still remember the cold correspondence of the staff.

관리가 엄청 잘되서 깨끗하고 좋았어요. 주방도 욕실도 침실도 전부 깨끗했고 늦게 도착해서 저녁8시넘어서 체크인했지만 친절하게 환영해주셨고 와이파이도 공짜였습니다. 다만 2층이 침실인데 계단이여서 짐옮기는데 다소 불편함이 있습니다. 인터시티 버스정류장에서 도보 10분걸려요 ~

夫婦で今回２泊宿泊しました。今までも何度か利用したことがあったのですが、今までベッドバグに噛まれたことはありませんでした。１日が経ち夫婦揃って噛まれた跡があったので、夜にシーツを見ると一匹見つけたので退治しました。次にベッドを持ち上げると三匹いたので全て退治して、ベッドバグがいるから部屋を変えてほしいと言って、見に来てもらったのですが、どこにもいないと言われ、血を吸った跡もあるベッドバグの死骸を見せても、私には見えないと言われ部屋を変えてもらえませんでした。とても態度も冷たく、「どこにいるんだい？どこにもいないじゃないか」と言われ驚きました。その後も一匹退治しました。静かで気に入った宿だったのですがもう行きたくありません。

Great stay!

Super friendly desk clerk! Explained everything, gave good recommendations for local food, and quick. Kitchen was clean and organized and plenty of space to eat even with many visitors also eating. WiFi was easy to connect and was good quality. Only complaint is our room was quite tight.

Great stay at Napier

Would definitely stay again. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Great views as it is right by the beach. Very clean, comfy and has power points. Good location as well. Also love that they were very environmentally conscious.
