The room had so much disinfectant smell that I had to leave the door open for an hour and an half to clear the air. Discovered after 5pm that I needed to go to the office to get password etc to use wifi ,but office was closed. Why is the wifi codes not supplied in the room or when you arrive.

Easy check in experience ,clean room and area was quiet. No issues at all. Not the cheapest for the one night we stayed but overall a great experience.

We were wanting to pickup a key prior to checkin time as we were heading to a funeral. I called the day before to enquire and was told it was no problem. When we arrived to pickup key we were able to check-in too. Great customer service, beautiful room and comfy bed.

This property is NOT as advertised. The grounds are dirty and leaf litter from several weeks, everywhere. The buildings are in disrepair and our door was a very unsafe sliding glass door. Reception refused any refund and we had literally been there 5 minutes and I addressed my concerns. DON’T STAY HERE

Love it all only thing that i didn't like is the open shower and toilet too slippery after shower too dangerous.Love the room and plus no air conditioner need one in room 5.

There were two barrels of cooking fat by the side of the pool entryway that were leaking. I happened to step in it, a terrible mess. The soap dispenser in the shower was empty. If it is not to be used then remove it. I noticed a ring of past beverages around the rim of my coffee mug after I made a cup. No mention of breakfast was said when we checked in, yet the room directory said that if we wanted it delivered to our room we had to tell them. Only one piece of soap was for the shower and the bathroom sink. We rang 3 times on arriving and plenty of time in between. Arrived back to the room at 2:30 in the afternoon, thinking the room would have been inspected for insufficient toiletries, etc, but we were asked around 3 if there was anything we needed. The toilet is a step up from the sleeping area. No plug on the one side of the bed. Parking was difficult and cramped

Loved our stay and will be back. Nice unit & very clean :) Courtyard by pool was a-bit untidy with pile of rubbish in the corner taking up a parking space.

The staff and sevice were good but our room had no AC was pretty dated. Was a stinking hot muggy night with all doors and windows needing to be opened to get any kind of relief.

The bed had a bed spring poking up. The toilet was dirty. The checking time of 8pm was not honored and we were told 7pm. No safety rail for the bath tub shower.

Was vey spacious and staff were friendly. What we didn't like was the doors at the back side we couldn't lock and when we tried to contact the reception no answer. Should look into it and fix it.The wrench slider door lock was not working.

Online booking wasn’t working properly, I did receive a call from Motel as to issues. Check in was quick & easy, the room probably needed to be aired out prior to arrival curtains closed no windows open, the bed was very uncomfortable these are small things and saying that I might return, the Internet didn’t work properly where our room was situated. The restaurant food and staff were excellent & very accommodating was a nice way to end the day very relaxing.
