"Room spotless and lovely, staff were amazing and there are plenty of amenities and thing's to do here at santaclaus Village. Very easy to get to from the airport and a bus stop that goes directly to the airport snd town center. "

"Annie from reception was absolutely incredible, she was so friendly and knowledgable, her warmness really made our stay enjoyable. There was a Philippine gentleman working in the bar opposite reception who was also so friendly and lovely, his knowledge about the auroroa was amazing. Sorry i cant remember his name! Thank you to both of these guys for making our trip so memorable!"

"The Hotel itself is super cute. With that real Finnish vibe. Stylish, elegant, quaint. Room clean, my view was amazing. Beautifully located. So Picturesque!! I wanted to love it so much! But here are the fails. The staff need some serious customer service training. No smiles were seen, and certainly not a “How was your stay?” It’s a busy time of year, but I was taken by surprise at how many families with young children. Definite vibe Killer! There’s no lift at this property, and no one to help with bags so be prepared. Breakfast was chaos trying to find an available clean table. Maybe I will give this property the opportunity to redeem itself, because had it not been for a very ordinary (less than ordinary) experience. I probably would have loved the place. "
