"Service staff are above and beyond in making sure we feel welcomed and at home. The entire hotel feels semi-outdoor with tons of open walls and huge windows. Despite this unique environmental set up, the hotel remained super clean and well maintained. Impressive. Room is clean and the belcony is truly one of its kind. This is my best hotel stay experience ever."

"The room décor has a classic touch, and everything is very well maintained. The variety of TV programs and movies is impressive, making it easy to relax after a long day. The only minor drawback was that the remote control wasn’t very responsive from the bed, but overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay."

"The room and bathroom were excellent. I never mentioned toilet in all my previous reviews, but the bidet toilet in our room was great to use and had all the widgets you can dream of. The breakfast buffet was extraordinary. The selection was huge and the foods were tasty. Just don't go there during public holidays as it will be very crowded, like what we had experienced. We were there during the May Dragon Boat Festival. We were given a table at breakfast, then we all got up to get foods. When we return to our designated table, there were other people sitting at our table. The staff was very apologetic and got us a different table quickly, so all is well. In general, it is a good and luxurious hotel."
