Magnificent rural & natural setting preserved all around, nestled on the wooded foothills of the Massif sud Bourgogne (rich in numerous panoramic viewpoints), at the foot of the Sully mountain protected in ZNIEFF (home to an unusual "green theater" of ancient type), in the hollow of the verdant valley of the Grosne (classified "Natura 2000 Zone" for its rare ecosystems), gentle rolling countryside mixing hillsides of vineyards, wild forests & hedged meadows dotted with bucolic rivers & ponds. Very comfortable cottage. Warm, country-style character with a "family home" feel, enhanced by the exotic soul of the original building (stone walls and lintels, fireplace mantel, molded closet doors, period timber framing...).
