C'est la première fois que je réservait dans cet hôtel. Dès l'arrivée le personnel a été très accueillant. L'organisation du diner et du petit déjeuner était très bien, malgré la situation de la Covid 19. Le chambres sont bien agencées. Petit Bémol, la vue donne sur des bureaux, ce qui entraine un manque de tranquillité visuel. L'hôtel est bien situé très proches des Autoroutes et Périphériques

Un hotel bien placé, recent, plutôt bien entretenu MAIS : Personnel d’accueil pas vraiment accueillant ! J’ai eu le malheur de l’indiquer sur l’enquête (d’hotels.com) suivant le check-in.... le lendemain en arrivant à ma chambre, après ma journée de travail, l’accès a ma chambre bloqué.... je descends a l’accueil qui m’ordonne de retirer mon commentaire... (spécial dédicace à l’hôtesse d’accueil EXCESSIVEMENT désagréable ! ) Ces gens-la connaissent-ils vraiment le sens du mot service ! Je ne retournerai jamais dans cet établissement !

Presque parfait ! Personnel très agréable et très accueillant. Le chambre est parfaitement propre et bien aménagée. J'ai trouvé quand même qu'elle manquait de lumière. Hôtel idéalement placé pour aller au Zénith ou au centre commercial Atlantis. Si nous avons à retourner dans le coin, nous retournerons sans hésiter dans cet hôtel. Seul bémol : le petit déjeuner est cher : 14 € par personne. Même si c'est un buffet, ça reste plutôt prohibitif pour un petit déjeuner ...
