Très déçu du service d'entretien, quand je suis arrivé j'ai dû demander des serviettes propres car c'étaient celles de l'utilisateur précédent encore humides... 3 fois j'ai dû faire la demande pour qu'on change les miennes posées au sol comme demandé quand on souhaite les changer, car la personne qui fait les chambres ne le fait pas non plus tous les jours, alors que je paye le même prix constant !! Campanile n'est peut-être pas la grande classe mais jamais je n'ai été aussi déçu de l'un de leur établissement.

Chambre malheureusement sale. Insectes vivants et morts partout dans la salle de bain et dans la chambre. Personnel cependant compétent et agréable ce qui contraste avec la propreté de la chambre.

Tres déçu de mon sejour. Chambre vetuste, meme si la literie est parfaite. Pas de climatisation, ni de ventilation. Salle de bain tres humide. Il restait une serviette pleine de taches de sang a mon arrivée. La chambre n a pas ete refaite pendant 2 jours. Douche a l italienne prévue pour les handicapés sans pare douche. Donc de l eau partout et obligé d essuyer le sol avec les serviettes qui n ont pas ete changées. La porte laisse passer le jour a cause d un ecart de plus de 1 cm qui laisse passer les odeurs d échappement, les bruits, la chaleur. Peinture écaillée sur les murs et taches sur la moquette.

Un hôtel proche des axes de circulation

Très bon hôtel avec un restaurant attenant avec une formule diversité et que bonne qualité. Seul bémol, l'absence de poubelle de tri dans les chambres afin de préserver notre environnement.

Mon pied-à-terre à Nantes !

Hôtel tres bien placé. Les chambres ont l'avantage d'être récentes, tout fonctionne bien meme dans la salle de bains. Le personnel est tres agréable et professionnel. L'hôtel est propre et calme. Seul bémol, la fin du petit-déjeuner à 10h pile, cest trop tôt. Malgré ce detail je recommande vivement.

Confort de la literie HORRIBLE!!!

Matelas à ressort complètement usé qui grince à chaque mouvement. Réveillé au bout de 2h de sommeil tellement les ressorts rentraient dans les côtes. J'ai dû m'enrouler dans la couette pour amenuiser l'effet des ressorts. Sans compter une bestiole de 2cm que j'ai dû écraser à la chaussure... Pour le reste, c'était bien entretenu. Un autre inconvénient : le bâtiment des chambres et le bâtiment pour déjeuner sont distincts. Donc à éviter un jour de pluie.

Séjour region nantaise

Nous avons trouvé la literie pas très confortable par contre kaccueil du vendredi soir sympathique . Du fait que la restauration n'est plus en service à partir du vendredi pour tout le week-end c'est compliqué dans le secteur il faut prendre la voiture faure au moins 8 kms, en août nombres d'établissements sont fermés en plus on ne compte pas le nombre de ronds-points spécialité nantaise, en aggloration au moins 1 tous les 500 metres

Ca gratte...

A grand regret, hélas, j'ai passé un séjour affreux : j'ai été incommodée et me suis grattée toute la nuit dans ce lit, inspectant literie et matelas avec soin (sans trouver d'insecte apparent, hormis sur la table /bureau mais les démangeaisons étaient bien là, sans parler du stress lié à cela). Par précaution j'ai nettoyé et même désinfecté toutes mes affaires à mon retour à la maison.
