""I recently stayed here with a group of four during a busy trip through Beijing and Xi'an, and I cannot recommend this hotel enough. From start to finish, the experience was seamless. The Highlights: Service: The staff here are the true standouts. I had a high-end PC component (an AIO cooler) shipped to the hotel while I was away on a side trip to Xi'an. The front desk team was incredibly helpful, coordinating the delivery and keeping the package secure until I returned. Their communication and willingness to assist with logistics made my trip stress-free. Cleanliness & Design: The hotel is remarkably clean and features a sleek, modern aesthetic. After long days of exploring the Great Wall and the Forbidden City, it was a breath of fresh air to come back to such a well-maintained and contemporary space. Location: Perfectly situated for anyone looking to navigate the city. It served as a great 'home base' for our group.
