The room was incredibly clean and surprisingly spaceous for Japan. The location is ideal and we were able to walk almost everywhere in Kyoto. Additionally, the staff were all incredibly helpful and found us some great dinner spots.

We stayed at 4 different hotels in Japan and this one was our favourite. We were grateful to check in earlier (1pm) rather than 3pm. The hotel has a reception that is manned early in the morning to late in the evening. It is about 10 mins walk to Kyoto Station and the area outside the hotel is quiet. Across the bridge to the right of the hotel is a train station (about 5 minutes walk) and there is a 7 Eleven a few properties down. Everything you need for a comfortable stay. The room itself isn't as spacious as others we stayed in (38 sqm) but this newish hotel has nice decor and looks very modern and clean. We stayed 4 nights and we had 1 room clean. There is a Fresco supermarket about 10 mins away. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here.

Great stay! Walking distance to Ninenzaka and great restaurants. Friendly and helpful staff and comfortable beds. Recommend and will stay here again soon.

Very walkable to main streets and train stations. I loved all the extra amenities. The room was new and spotless. Best toilet yet! I would highly recommend this property. High value for the money you pay.

"I loved the view from the room, I got a room in the 31st floor, beautiful view of the city. The rooms are very small so makes it complicated if you have big suitcases. The location is amazing with everything very close. I would recommend this hotel."
