    "Overall a great stay. Just one serious issue the power scenario in the room was terrible - only 1 USB port could be used at a time (2 total). Type 2 outlet only - so if you are equiped for Tokyo where type 1 seems to prevail you are in big trouble. To boot they even told us only 1 ‘appliance could be used at a time’ this is well below par!!!"

    "You cannot beat the proximity of this hotel to the malls and the food. If this is your first time in Osaka choose this hotel. You are minutes away from the Namba train station that takes you directly to KIX. Staff is professional. The water is hot. Get the breakfast package. Worth every penny. They are making upgrades so sadly the only flaw was one elevator at my time of visit."
