"We had a nice stay overall. The location was perfect for us—just five minutes from our family’s house—and the neighborhood was quiet and easy to access from Tamiami. The property was very clean, aside from a few ants (pretty common in Florida, but something to note).A few details from the listing didn’t quite match what we found. There was no hairdryer, and while there was a table outside, there weren’t any chairs. The garage isn’t accessible to renters even though it’s listed, and there were no instructions for the TV or air conditioning as mentioned in the check-in info. The listing also mentioned kids’ books and games, but there were only a couple of minimal games and no books. The bottom bunk bed was quite squeaky.The kitchen was minimally stocked—fine for simple meals, but not much beyond the basics. The salt shaker was empty, and the pepper shaker actually had salt in it. No other spices or cooking staples. They did leave instant coffee and a couple of granola bars, which was a nice touch.On the positive side, the bath towels were soft and fluffy, and it was great that beach towels were provided.Overall, it’s a comfortable, clean place in a great location, but a few small improvements would make it even better."

"We had the very best stay here!! It was truly perfect - perfect location, perfect amenities, perfect space. My husband and I came with our two little girls and they were so happy to have a playroom to themselves - and it and the perfect amount of stocked toys already there for them to enjoy. There were beach towels and sand toys for us to use, and plenty of kitchen items for us to make meals there. The backyard is gorgeous and the pool was fantastic - we used it every day! The pictures don’t do justice to how large this space is - we could have easily fit another family in! Quick drive to Siesta Key and Venice Beach, 2 min drive to a Publix and a 20 min drive to the airport. Definitely recommend - we’ll be back! "
