Convenient location close to train station. Clean room and comfortable bed. Bathroom is tight by American standard but clean and towels are plush. Most importantly the staff are friendly and helpful. It was a very comfortable stay for a tired traveler.

Friendly, central, comfy

Great front desk staff, the free coffee and soda extras welcome, and the bed so comfy after a 20km day walking the sites. Our x01 room had a tiny shower box and the toilet was tight against a wall - ok for the average sized adullt but taller/larger folks might want to check on their bathroom layout first. We didn’t have the breakfast but it looked a substantial continental offering in a quirky cellar setting.

The building and rooms are beautiful and vintage. Loved the decor, staff were really friendly, good central location. Tea and coffee making facilities, sparkling water dispenser , coffee machine and cake! in reception. Difficult to park outside to drop luggage off and I hadn't been advised about this and the temporary road closure and road works.

The location could not be better, in the center of Nancy. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Free coffee and a delicious dessert for you to take, are offered in the lobby. Room was clean and cozy. Did not like a subtle clang noise from the heating pipes, but it was not terrible. But what I did not like was that rooms are not sound proofed, so we could hear steps, voices and yes, in France, passionate "affection" from the neighbours in the room above us. That said, I would recommend the hotel and would stay there if I go back to Nancy. Oh and breakfast was good as well :) .

There was no airco, outside was 36C and if you opened the window the noise from outside was a lot (air exhoust from a restaurant)
you need acrobatic skills if you wanted to use the toilet

Walls are literally paper thin. We could hear everyone in the rooms around us talking like they were in the room with us. Snoring neighbours sound like they're in your bed. You just have to hope everyone stays quiet, otherwise you're in for some sleepless nights. Shower in the bathroom was not good and nearly flooded our entire room when using it. Rooms are very small, barely any room to open a suitcase.

Stayed there 3 nights and ended up extending for another night. Staff are excellent—friendly and very helpful. Rooms (compared to N. America) are small but bed and bathrooms were clean. Elevator is tiny so we took the stairs most of the time when we didn’t have luggage. No AC but the nights were cool and we opened the windows (Don’t do this if you are sensitive to sound—you’ll hear the noise from outside). Very basic toilettries provided—all-in-one hand, body and hair soap in a dispenser, that’s it. So bring your own if you need lotion, conditioner etc. Complimentary coffee/tea available in rooms and in the lobby. The location is excellent if you want to be near the shops, train, bus and tram station. We felt safe during our stay.

Hotel ligt in het centrum. Op 2 minuten wandelen ondergrondse parking, voordelig parkeren. Onthaal en service ontzettend vriendelijk. Accomodatie zeer verouderd. Trappen hal en gangen vuil. Perfect voor 1 nacht. Zeer kleine kamers en geluiden van alle kanten te horen.

Hôtel convenable mais déception petit déjeuner

La chambre était grande avec literie confortable et baignoire comme demandé mais très décevant une baignoire sans bouchon prendre un bain et avec une pression si infime qu’il est difficile de se laver les cheveux. L’isolation n’est pas top : on entend pas mal les voisins. Le petit déjeuner est décevant : pas grand chose comparé à d’autres hôtels de même gamme tarifaire. Personnel sympathique et attentionné. Bonne situation à 2 pas de la gare.
