Very nice and spatious appartment close to the city center. We loved the balcony and view on the little park across the street. It was perfect for us and we really enjoyed Nancy, the friendly people and the interesting history and traditions of the city.

Es handelt sich um ein sehr geräumiges und wirklich sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Appartement in dem wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Auch die Küche ist sehr gut eingerichtet und mit hochwertigen Geräten ausgestattet. Es liegt auch nah genug am Zentrum von Nancy um alle relevanten Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß erreichen zu können. Kleine Abzüge gibt es lediglich wegen der leicht übertriebenen Beschreibung, da kein Frühstück inklusive ist (außer man trinkt nur Kaffee) und der angegebene Garten ist ein auf der anderen Straßenseite liegender kleiner öffentlicher Park, der nicht zum Appartement gehört. Der Check-In wird durch eine App sehr komfortabel unterstützt. Der Schlüsseltresor war allerdings trotz Videoanleitung nur nach mehreren Versuchen zu öffnen und auch am Ende wieder zu verschließen. Die Bilderdokumentation zu Beginn und am Ende finde ich etwas aufwändig auch wenn das Vorgehen schon nachvollziehbar ist. Man wird aber durch die App gut durchgeführt. Aber alles in Allem ein sehr erholsamer Urlaub und wenn es uns wieder einmal nach Nancy verschlägt wäre dieses Appartment die 1. Wahl.

Die wunderschön eingerichtete und toll geschnittene Wohnung entspricht voll und ganz der Darstellung im Portal. Die anfängliche Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter über das Portal FeWo direkt war etwas schwierig, ging dann aber über deren eigenes Kommunikationportal sowie später gezielt über SMS ausgezeichnet. Jede Frage wurde unverzüglich, freundlich und genau beantwortet. Der Concierge Jean Jacques war immer hilfsbereit. Vielen Dank dafür!Die Wohnung liegt innenstadtsnah und ist dennoch auftgrund der kaum befahrbaren Straße absolut ruhig. Die beiden Schlafzimmer liegen zum Innenhof, so dass es zum Schlafen perfekt ruhig ist. Supermarkt, Bäckereien, Fleischereien, kleinere Lädchen (Épices) etc. liegen in unmittelbarer Nähe fußläufig. Die Altstadt ist zu Fuß in 30 Minuten gemächlichen Gehens erreichbar. Und auch bis z.B. zur weiter süd-westlich gelegenen "Villa Majorelle" oder zum Museum "Musée de l'Ecole de Nancy" lässt es sich hervorragend gehen. Wir haben in den Tagen des Aufenthalts alles ohne Bus, Taxi oder Auto erreichen können.In der Wohnung schläft man nicht nur gut, die Küche und die Ausstattung erlauben es sehr gut, sich selbst zu versorgen, wenn man gern vor Ort einkaufen und dann abends selber kochen mag. Wir haben es genossen und nichts vermisst. Auch die elektrischen Geräte haben alle einwandfrei funktioniert.Vielen Dank an den Gastgeber und den Concierge.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. L'appartement etait au delà de nos attentes. Tout le confort, tres bonne literie, extrêmement bien meublé, tres douillet, avec un balcon super donnant sur le parc verdoyant, un côté pour les enfants et l'autre pour les chiens. Stationnement juste sur la route à côté. Tout ce fait à pied.Nous reviendrons.A recommander vivement. Grand merci

Séjour très agréable dans ce superbe appartement

Bel appartement bien situé et bien équipé, idéal pour explorer Nancy et ses beautés. Par contre l'annonce est un peu mensongère et à rectifier : une seule salle de bains complète, un seul autre wc séparé avec un lavabo hors service ; la terrasse est un balcon sur la rue et le jardin un jardin public en face ; le petit déjeuner inclus consiste en des dosettes de café et de thé ; pas de parking dans la rue.

La Suite Joli Coeur "Logement bien situé proche du centre. Excellente base pour profiter de Nancy. Le logement est propre, pratique et dispose de tous les accessoires nécessaires. Les indications sont claires. Peu bruyant, presence d'un jardin en face ce qui est agréable. Il y a avait des travaux dans une rue proche qui empêchait les voitures de passer dans la rue du logement. En temps normal, le trafic y semble important mais les chambres sont côté cour."

La Suite Joli Coeur "Comme à la maison. Tout y est! Il suffit de défaire les valises et profiter de son séjour. Je n’ai pas eu de mal à trouver une place pour me garer dans les rues voisines. Un carrefour contact est à 150m et la place Stanislas à 18 minutes à pieds! J’ai pu visiter la ville à pieds pendant ces 5 jours avec mon bébé de 5 mois. Un petit parc en face permet de ne pas avoir de vis-à-vis et aussi de se poser à l’ombre des arbres. La prise de contact est très rapide pour la moindre question concernant le logement. Ce dernier est très beau, grand et tout équipé. Il y avait tout le nécessaire dans les placards comme si j’étais à la maison. Le tout rangé de façon intuitive et pratique. À coup sûr, une adresse à recommander"
