Corridor before accessing the room , smelling rancid , old cooking smell. Bath towels not renewed only one towel on the second day for two people. Soap broken in pieces in the wrapping No shampoo provided??!!!

Everything in our room that could break was broken, including the shower door, towel rack, kettle, and window latches. Even the cups were chipped, and one of the entrance keys we were given didn't work. Even though we were in a double room, we had to request a second towel on 2/3 days we stayed there. The street in front of this hotel is under major construction, so it is very noisy from dawn 'til dusk and the sidewalk is always difficult to negotiate. The hotel is above a fast-food outlet (which is not evident from the hotel website) with unpleasant odors and constant customer traffic. Even without all the construction, this would not be a pleasant place to stay. Until the management in this hotel improves, it should not be listed by Expedia.

Séjour Nancy

Chambre de qualité refaite chaque jour, seul bémol l'isolation phonique, les fenêtres sont anciennes et laissent passer le bruit de la rue.

Accueil de l’hôtel dans un kebab. Odeurs de gras dans la chambre. Isolation catastrophique. Clientèle qui laisse à désirer. Sans exagérer, une des pires nuit de ma vie.

Petit hôtel correct

Petit hôtel (10 chambres), Chambre sympathique avec clim, conforme aux visuels et propre. Cependant , lit très dur. Quelques précisions : pas d'ascenseur et pas de chambres au rez-de-chaussée. L'acceuil s'effectue dans le snack d'à côté, mais petit déjeuner servi en chambre. L'hôtel donne sur la gare et une rue très passante et malheureusement l'insonorisation de la chambre est un peu limite. En période de froid aucun soucis mais aux beaux jours cela doit être très bruyant. Parking public à 5 min à pieds. Prévoir 15€ minimum pour la nuit Personnel très sympathique et serviable
