Whether you're seeking a romantic retreat, a family getaway, or just a quiet place to unwind, this cozy and thoughtfully appointed space offers comfort, charm and convenience in equal measure. Your electric vehicle is welcome! Enjoy free charging right at the house.

Step inside and feel instantly at ease with warm, inviting decor and all the amenities you need for a relaxing stay. Enjoy your morning coffee on your own private outdoor space, spend your afternoons exploring scenic hiking trails, tranquil lakes, waterfalls and the coast, and unwind in the evening with a movie and a glass of wine. This quiet, thoughtfully designed home is your perfect base.

We are within walking distance to Westwood lake, where you can enjoy a hike around the lake or relax on the beach while the kids play in the sand. We are only a 10 minute drive to Nanaimo's ocean front boardwalk, where you can watch the sailboats or eat at the quaint fish and chip shop located on the wharf.

Are you seeking adventure or a connection to nature - We are 15 minutes from Ammonite Waterfalls, or 20 minutes to Neck Point where you can kayak and paddleboard while the seals sun themselves. During cooler seasons, the nearby pool and arena offer opportunities for skating a swimming.

Although we do not have a kitchen, we have everything you need to enjoy your stay. You'll find a list of our favorite local dining spots in the guidebook. We've also provided all the essentials - cutlery, plates, and bowls - if you prefer to order in. A charming dining table and chairs offer a comfortable place to enjoy your meal, or play a card game. If you have an extended stay, there is a laundromat minutes away.

At the end of the day, you can stretch out in an ultra comfortable king sized bed while your friends or family enjoy their own private room with a Queen sized bed. Our home features blackout curtains so you can sleep in total comfort. We're delighted to have you as our guest! Such a great place to stay! Was absolutely spotless and welcoming from the moment we walked in. It’s super cute and in the perfect location, close to everything! The host was fantastic and great at communicating! Definetly would stay there again, highly recommend!
