2. Idaho Wildlife & Nature
* Our home is professionally cleaned and pest-controlled. However, due to our location, you may occasionally notice outdoor insects or small wildlife (such as ants, spiders, flies, or squirrels).
* This is common in the area and not unusual for homes in similar environments. If anything concerns you during your stay, please let us know and we’ll gladly assist.
3. Residential Setting
* Our home is located in a lived-in residential neighborhood. While it is generally peaceful, you may occasionally hear normal neighborhood sounds such as nearby pets, traffic, or lawn care.
* We appreciate your understanding that these are outside of our control.

5. Check-In & Check-Out

* We regularly update and refresh our space. While photos accurately reflect the layout and style of the home, small décor or furniture changes may occur from time to time.
8. Guest Care & Responsibility
* We kindly ask that guests treat our home with care and report any issues promptly so we can address them quickly. Guests are responsible for damages beyond normal wear and tear, in line with Airbnb policies.

Very quiet neighborhood and comfortable home, and we loved being able to park in the garage! Beautiful decoration choices, easy communication - thank you for letting us stay!
The house was super cute, clean, stocked with all our needs! I loved how bright and inviting it was! Super spacious and comfortable beds! I would stay here again for sure!
We stayed in Nampa while home for the holidays. This property was perfect. Fairly priced, kids loved the comfy bunkbeds, and the primary bedroom was huge. Bryce was very easy to get a hold of. Loved it and will stay again.
My husband and I stayed here for a week while visiting family in the area. We recommend this to anyone seeking a place to stay in this area! House was very clean and updated. Hosts were very attentive to any questions we asked. 10/10!
The owners fixed the one issue we had within 3 hours of checking in. Well stocked with all the items to complete our stay. If we travel to Nampa again we will stay there.
Overall great experience! The VBRO was clean and modern. The host provide a binder of local food options and information. Check-in and Check-out directions were clear. Great hosts!
