"Loved it"

"This hotel has been OK before, but they're in the middle of a refurbishment right now. No lift (which they don't tell you about until late on the night before you arrive), but also the air conditioning in the rooms does not work because of the renovations, and they don't tell you that at all. The rooms, especially on the top floor, get very hot, but you can't have the window open because the enormous secondary glazing they have to keep out noise swings out into the room and across half of the bed. I'm sure it will be better once the renovations are complete, but until then, don't bother."

"Staff was super nice, we were greeted with champagne and Easter eggs! location it’s right off the highway super cute! Good for family ! The breakfast was AMAZING ! room and bed was perfect and the bathroom! Would deff stay again"

"Room was small, lots of space taken up with an inexplicably large desk. River view was actually view of the road and car park then the river. Expensive for what it was."

" Very clean room, A/C heating is not my favorite but it warms the room. Shower door not properly sealed so it is a bit of flood in the bathroom after showering. Everything else, spotless! "

"The apartment has been renovated in an upscale fashion. Also, the spacious balcony overlooking the river is amazing. And the hosts were easy to contact and helpful. On the downside, we wish the hosts would be more transparent with details, which would have made our stay more enjoyable:-there is no elevator, so 54 winding steps are required to access the apartment. -the listing mentions laundry services and a dryer, but they are not in the apartment. When we inquired, you have to contact the property manager to utilize them. -the bedrooms have very low ceilings, so tall people beware. -the bathroom for the master bedroom on the upper floor has no walls or doors. The toilet, tub with shower head and sink are just open in the bedroom. -we would have appreciated a guidebook on how to operate the coffee maker and electronics. "

"Nice hotel and very convenient if have a car. Free parking and the room was very nice. The staff was very supportive and the breakfast was very good. Thank you for a very enjoyable stay."
