The staff was very courteous and friendly. However, the room we were assigned on the first night was quite a shock. The shower was located in the bedroom with only a single glass wall for separation. There was no sofa and only one chair in the room, as well as just one small bath towel provided. Overall, the room felt more like a closet than a proper hotel room. Given the price we paid, we expected a much more decent accommodation.
The following day, I requested a different room, which we received that evening. This room was significantly better and met our expectations. That said, I believe a discount should have been offered for the first night, which unfortunately did not happen.
Overall, the hotel is very clean and modern.

Amazing hotel. Every member of staff I came into contact with provided exceptional service. The room was spacious, nice bathtub, extremely comfortable bed and pillows. The head concierge was exceptional and scored a same day reservation for a Michelan restaurant as well. Will be back next time I am in Brussels.

This is a very central location- above a very busy bar on the weekends so maybe not the best for travelling with children. Front staff were nice enough but room was T I N Y for two adults and one child. No small refrigerator in room and cream for coffee had gone bad. Aesthetics were very cool!

Very clean room, A/C heating is not my favorite but it warms the room. Shower door not properly sealed so it is a bit of flood in the bathroom after showering. Everything else, spotless!

What's not to like. Yes, it's nowhere near anything, but as a layover you get: Parking. A Bar. Large bed. Air Con. The Tesla chargers are not currently working. You get no tea or coffee making facilities in the room.
