"We were very excited to arrive here for Disneyland. Japanese lady at check in was cold and not very welcoming. Didn’t even smile once. Ruined my mood. I had the impression that the onsen and Wiz Playland was part of the hotel and complimentary like they do in Bali. Big reason why I paid more to stay here versus other hotels in Tokyo bay. Very disappointed that the onsen and kids Wiz Playland was not included with hotel stay and access with a fee ¥¥¥. Room was tight and dated but housekeeping always did a great job. Great variety at buffet breakfast inclusion. The staff there were friendly and did a great job. Baggage transfer on site was useful and staff were very helpful. Japanese lady at reception on checkout was much more polite than non Japanese lady when we first checked in ."

"It had great access to airport and that was very convenient especially with after long flight with two little kids. Also they have 24 hours convenience store on the main floor which was super helpful to get food any time we wanted for good price. Only thing is it was bit hard to find the way after exit of arrival and little bit of walk so just be mindful of that."

"The hotel staff was wonderful, and there is a lot of shops and restaurants on the property. The hotel rooms themselves are very dated and you can’t control the room temperature. It was very warm in our room and the thermostat would not go down. When we asked if there was a problem we were told that the heat was on and the AC could not be adjusted, because the heat was on for the whole hotel. Our room was hot and their only solution was to open the drapes. Other wise it as fine, there is easy access to transportation and plenty of options within walking distance for food"

"Breakfast was great, lots of options. Location is a about a 20min train to the bigger stations more central Tokyo, but the train station is directly across the street. Rooms were clean and a good size. Staff were friendly and helpful. If you are okay not being right in the main areas of Tokyo I'd regiment this hotel."

"Amazing hotel. Close to Disney, lots of on site necessities. My only issue was the up charging for amenities. We had to pay to use the pool with our kids, as well as for the airport shuttle, which I found strange."
