We have restored and fitted out this house in an old farmhouse which now has 3 independent dwellings. While respecting the original character we brought the necessary comfort bringing a good combination of times. Large living room: living room, dining room, fireplace, television, library, internet
kitchen: hob, oven, fridge, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher. raclette machine.
2 large bedrooms with 2 bathrooms, showers, wc; 140 beds, possibility of crib.
1 small bedroom, 90 cm bed
furnished porch: seat tables
washing machine, shared barbecue. Iron and ironing board available. hair dryer.

Magique !La maison a un charme fou et est très bien équipéeLe propriétaire est adorable et passionnant Le jardin est immense et propose effectivement une vue somptueuse dont on ne se lasse pasLe hameau est très isolé, très paisible et tellement ressourçant Et le chien est un amour (pas de problème pour ceux qui n’aiment pas les chiens, il n’est pas envahissant)Bref, on a adoré notre sejour !

Vacances dans le sud de la France

Séjour de deux semaines dans un cadre chaleureux, vieille bâtisse de charme, entouré de vieux villages de petite montagne, soleil et air pur. Vue grandiose et ciel étoilé, une fin du mois d’Août des plus agréables.

Séjour campagnard

Maison de grand-mère authentique, bien équipée, très agréable avec un espace extérieur qui permet aux enfants de jouer, s'ébattre et connaître la campagne avec ses animaux. Environnement propice aux balades. Nos hôtes ont été discrets et aux petits soins.

Excellent séjour !

Très bien accueillis par Ginette, nous avons passé un très agréable séjour à la Bouyerie. Le jardin immense, la grande maison charmante, le calme aveyronnais, le soleil, rien ne manquait :). Nous avons été ravis de nos vacances. Les alentours regorgent de lieux à visiter et d'activités pour tous.

Toujours trop court

Quelque soit la durée du séjour, elle est toujours trop courte. Le cadre est magnifique, le gite superbement restauré, l'accueil chaleureux. ET n'oubliez pas d'aller faire un tour dans la vallée sauvage du Viaur, à pied ou en kayak (fournis, avec le logistique, par les propriétaires)

Beautiful, characterful property in a stunning location with the nicest possible hosts

Our family of 5 had amazing stay at La Bouyerie in August 2019. The house is in a truly fantastic location, in the most beautiful valley, with endless paths through the woods to explore by foot. It is well located a short drive from the wonderful local towns such as Najac, St Antonin and Lagupie. We also had a great day out at the lake at Parisot, which we'd highly recommend if you have children Our three children, aged 8, 5 and 3, spent many a happy hour in the large garden, with the added entertainment of Katie the dog to play with (who also joined us on walks), the chickens to feed, and the fruit to pick (and eat!). The house is very spacious and comfortable, with all you need for a happy holiday. On top of all this Damien and Ginette could not be more welcoming hosts. They have great local knowledge, and were more than happy to provide tips of places to visit. And otherwise were always around for a friendly chat and to provide some history of the area. We hope to return one year, and would recommend to anyone looking to visit the area.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Ginette, qui nous a très bien accueillis. Elle sait se montrer attentive (merci pour les œufs ultra-frais des poules!) et discrète à la fois. Le logement est plein du charme de l'ancien, les 3 enfants ont apprécié le grand espace que proposent la maison et le parc. La Bouyerie permet de séjourner au calme et dans la tranquillité. L'emplacement est idéal, que l'on veuille randonner, se baigner dans la rivière ou rayonner au sein de cette belle région.

14 jours de bonheur

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour à la Bouyerie. La maison a tout le confort et un cachet authentique. Elle est en pleine nature au calme et tout près de la rivière Viaur pour les baignades et des autres villages pour les marchés les visites et balades .Le parc permet les jeux de plein air , ou simplement de profiter du calme .Nous y avons pris nos repas .bronzé ,,joué au badminton, observé les étoiles ,et de nombreux papillons. On peut se promener à pied juste en sortant de la maion. Ginette la propritaire est discrète. ,tres gentille et toujours disponible .elle repond aux moindres sollicitations. Adele , 3 ans a adoré donner à manger aux 5 poules . La région regorge de trésors que nous n avons pas tous découverts. Les produits locaux sont excellents. Séjour très ressourçant dans un endroit idyllique

Nous avons énormément apprécié notre semaine chez Ginette. La maison est très agréable, elle a une âme et l'on s'y sent vite comme chez soi. Nous avons adoré le calme absolu du lieu et le parc arboré avec sa vue sur la nature alentour, qui nous ont permis de nous ressourcer totalement. Ginette est une hôtesse très aimable et très sympathique. La région est magnifique et la maison est bien située pour accéder assez rapidement (en voiture) à de jolis villages, à des lieux de baignade, à des commerces... Nous espérons revenir! Séjour Dans un lieu hors du temps.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour très chaleureusement accueillis par la propriétaire, très disponible mais pas envahissante. Nous nous sommes retrouvés dans une région magnifique dans une vieille ferme comme chez nos grands-parents… Trois jours de bonheur. Venez vite.

Excellent séjour

Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances à la Bouyerie. On se sent chez soi comme dans une maison de vacances de famille. On y est au calme en pleine campagne.Le jardin est très agréable. Ginette Roussel est très accueillante et discrète. Nous avons apprécié toutes ses attentions (œufs etc ...), ses conseils de promenade. Les environs sont magnifiques et il y a beaucoup de très beaux endroits à visiter, de belles promenades à faire. La base de pleine nature de Najac offre de nombreuses activités qui ont ravi petits et grands. Une quinzaine très agréable à renouveler.. Pascale Nolent

Séjour très agréable

Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances à la Bouyerie; la maison est très agéable à vivre et le cadre est parfait pour les enfants. Mme Roussel s'est montrée très chaleureuse, attentive à nos besoins et nous avons apprécié les produits du jardin et les oeufs qu'elle nous a offerts. Très calme et très agréable

Séjour très apprécié de tous. Le logement est confortable, fonctionnel et très bien équipé. Le cadre est également très beau avec possibilité de belles promenades dans une région toute aussi belle... La propriétaire est très chaleureuse et nous a donné de bons conseils. Nous reviendrons et nous conseillons cet endroit
