For a hotel rated at 3.5 - 4 stars, it is the definition of average. Nothing extraordinary about it, the restaurant variety was good, the service was ok and that't about it.
On the minus side, the room floor was always dirty, the bathroom door had a broken handle fixed with tape and toilet paper, the wake-up service wass rubbish - they either woke me up earlier than requested or completely forgot about it. I asked for a packed vegetarian breakfast when checking out and they gave me sausages...
All in all, i guess this is what you can expect from 3-4 stars in Kenya, but for this price, i think they can do better.
