The wireless internet service was not operational. Hot water was unavailable. The property would benefit from updated shower heads and more comfortable mattresses. Please be advised of potential construction noise in the vicinity.

when I checked in was asked for payment so perhaps the staff didn't know the booking and payment status. also only provided 2 small water bottles saying we were short term stay guests. cleaning staff didn't pay attention to details like toiletries eg there was no toilet paper and hand washing liquid in the bathrooms

Location, location, location! This property is new and well maintained! Our flight was delayed and we arrived later than planned, but management was extremely helpful and welcoming. Our duplex was super clean and articulately decorated. Overall, I highly recommend the Loft at Wood Avenue!
