My family had a wonderful stay and loved it. Fully furnished and clean. Airport pickup prices are steep compared to local taxis and this should be complimented into the price of the residence.

This property was exactly what we needed after several weeks of safari. The apartments allowed us to make our own breakfast and lunch, and there were many different dinner options around in the area. Rooftop pool was lovely and had a great view of the city.

Great place to stay in Westlands. The location was center to everything. With the sarit center, westlands market, koda nightclub, the alchemist and other touristy things within walking distance. The hotel functions more as a hotel but the rooms look like apartments. This option would be great for longer stays since there's a kitchen and plenty of space. The rooftop pool is so nice and provides a great sunset. The staff were so nice and accommodated me with any questions or concerns. My only issue is... on weekends the apartment would vibrate due to neighboring clubs. I was shocked but I actually loved that it was walking distance from clubs.

My lodging of choice in Nairobi. Amazing value for money, all rooms are apartment style with a washer dryer and kitchen. Prime location. Overall highly recommend Skynest.

Lovely room with unfortunately a number of maintenance issues and an unclean room in parts. Lovely, super responsive staff and a place that felt very safe with good services in the building incl. great pool and gym

The staff and the place itself is amazing as always. The pool the workout center, the slate restaurant the store and the chocolate shop are all fantastic But the owners don’t really put things that need to be used in their rental apartments. Again, they are missing simple things like a kitchen cloth to wipe up spills or paper towel towels, at least coffee maker. I guess you could boil some water for tea in a pan or pot no washcloths in either bathroom. Other than the amenities that are missing, it is always a great place to stay

All rooms are owned by different people, this one had no paper towels, no dish clothes, no wine opener, no coffee maker, no tea pot to boil water, no wine glasses, no paper or pen…. Missing a lot of things needed everyday. The front desk staff is top notch, from helping with a phone call to Vincent using his app for bolt two times to help me get around town.

Skynest Residences by CityBlue in Nairobi offers fantastic amenities, including a stunning rooftop infinity pool, a modern gym, a sauna, and recreational facilities like a squash court and games room. The apartments are spacious, clean, and come with well-furnished kitchens and balconies, making for a very comfortable stay. However, it can get a bit noisy at times, which may affect light sleepers. Despite this, the overall experience is highly positive, especially with the convenience of being located near major shopping malls and dining options in Westlands   .

Centrally situated for easy access to shops and malls . We were notified on our last day that WiFi and internet would be affected and finished by 1900. At 1930 an engineer came to the room to swap the router. He left after 30 mins saying he would be back in 20 mins . He never returned so I went to the front desk and they couldn’t contact anyone . We stayed up until 2300 waiting for the WiFi and tv services to be connected. No one contacted us and no one came back . When we checked out the following morning we had a very sheepish apology but no clarity as to what happened . This was very poor customer service with no communication at all

The apartment was very badly insulated so it was very noisy from the two main streets. The kitchen amenities werevery basic and pots in bad shape. The supermarket very overpriced and some of the staff customer orientation and friendliness can be improved .

Understand the restaurant is not part of the apartment but don't get how they can't deliver food upstairs makes no sense.. Also the noise from the club outside especially at the weekend..! Otherwise a dope place loved it...!

The feeling of home, while away.

A great find that replicated the feeling of home while away. Large comfortable bedrooms with multiple full bathrooms and a fully furnished kitchen. Access to a good gym, so good a colleague at another hotel sought to use it for its squat rack. Great location with access to Westgate Shopping, several business partners, local food and shopping of the upmarket and down market varieties. The staff was consistently on-point with quick service and pre=preemptive supports.
