I would easily recommend this hotel to anyone visiting kenya. The hotel staff are very friendly and accommodating and the facilities are really good! The buffet is really good as well with a good variety of foods.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Comfortable and nice

We were here for one night with our family. There was a little mix up at first, but everything got solved. Following up on this the hotel offered us a complimentary dinner at their restaurant. Lydia was really great and the cooking was devine. I highly recommend this.

We stayed here for one night. The hotel has seen better days. The wall paint is peeling, scuff marks on the walls in the rooms, internet did not work above the first floor reception area. More than one hour to gat a salad for dinner. At the breakfast buffet there was instant coffee but no hot water. The price is good but also is an example of you get what you pay for,

Gem in the city

Spent 7 nights here while securing longer-term housing. Comfortable hotel, great staff, great breakfast buffet, excellent fitness center, and very good business center. The neighborhood is ho-hum, but it was walking distance to Kenyatta Nat'l Hospital, other hotels, and not too far from CBD. The taxi rank is excellent, too. For the price point, you get a really good bargain. Five-star service at a discount.

The AC did not even work I had to call the security person to come and start it. The water for showering had a foul smell, and I did not even shower or brush my teeth there. We had to go to a different hotel to take a bath.
