It was exceptional. From time i stepped into the building. Is it the perfect customer service that I received from Dorothy and her colleagues, the clean apartment, and the well secured environment. Its location is also ideal in getting around Nairobi. I won't think twice about booking this apartmemt next time.

The staff at Roma Courts make this place amazing! Grace, Annipur, Patrick and Ismahan are fabulous! They are attentive, caring professionals. This was my second stay at Roma, and because of the kindness of the staff, I will revisit the property. It’s my home away from home! The access to shopping and the safety of the area were perfect for solo travelers. There’s plenty of food from restaurants to markets that make staying more accessible. Thank you everyone for making my trip to Kenya Fabulous!

The staff here is very friendly and kind. The security is very good and I felt safe and secure. The rooms are well furnished with everything you need for a comfortable stay. There is a Yaya center and cafes nearby, so there is nothing to worry about.

Roma Court, Apartments were amazing. The staff made me feel like I was home. They were very considerate and helpful. The rooms are immaculate. They are well-maintained comfortable and accessible. The washer and dryer was definitely a plus. Roma courts is very close to restaurants, the mall and cultural sites. I am definitely staying there again and again thank you Grace and Vincent for being so kind.

Excellent. Recently renovated with good quality throughout. Hot water and good water pressure, clean, excellent staff all with positive and helpful attitude, kitchen had excellent quality utensils and cookware, comfortable, and good Wifi. Requested they wash my car and they did so quickly for a reasonable fee.
