Nothing I arrived got smoked unit I had 2 toddlers with we have an allergies from it and asked to change nothing has happened I ended up staying 2 more days and charged me 2 times what my original rates were

Hotel in a good location based on the activities i was intended to do. Reservation for 9 days said "breakfast included" but the hotel receptionist said otherwise. That was not a good advertisement because it was a lie. No one to talk to on the lobby between 7pm and 7pm. Even during the daytime, receptionist is in/out. I don't know the best time to meet someone. Also, the worse one: i was overcharged by the hotel to get picked from the airport.

Horrible
I spent a night at kingfisher Nest on the 3rd of March and was a night mere. Too hot and they have no air conditioning or fans. No mosquito nets in the windows or around the bed. Basically, I spent the whole night chase after mosquitoes. Please do something about that...

Wonderful stay
Room was nice, pool and bar where great! LoxTed near the Westgate mall with options for food, shopping for yourself and making food, money, etc...didn’t like having to pay extra for late. He kniut but was worth it.

Parking apartments
The location is great and the apartments good, but the entrance to the hotel is through the parking floor and then stairs, awful !!!

This is one of the best hotel in this country with service rendered marvelous ,welcoming party for guest and room is neat couple with the staff of the hotel friendly,..this hotel should be rated 5stars ..cos it just too much

Good value
Nice place. Good value for the money and convenient to Westlands restaurants and bars. My only complaint would be if they could do something about the mosquitoes.

Absolutely excellent apart-hotel - 5 stars
Excellent location (next to mall), excellent customer service (with someone there 24 hours). Absolutely excellent balcony from the room, and rooftop balcony pool. Excellent free breakfast, and great room service (which has no service charges -- unheard of!) Rooms are clean and spacious and modern. Beds are very comfortable, showers are hot and have high-pressure. Feels more like an apartment than a hotel. Only cons: there was extremely loud construction above us that woke us up 2 mornings in a row. I complained to the front desk, and it was stopped. Other con: signage out front is bad for taxis to locate. The hotel's restaurant (Feaston)'s sign is more prominent than the hotel's sign itself.

Apartment in Nairobi -should have been a better
New sterile apartment but lacking any extra feel of that little bit extra in life. Very basic & on arrival told the roof top bar was not in operation & we had to order drinks/food from the in-house pizza restaurant. No entrance from the reception onto the Main Street & lift did not go down to the basement parking so you had to carry bags up one flight if stairs???? Dirty plate found in microwave & had to switch fridge/freezer on before putting ice in to keep frozen. Had to contend with feather pillows which did not do my allergy any good what do ever & equipment provided in kitchen basic to the extreme. Anyone wanting to cook would have failed !

Guests are welcome to be dropped at the reception area via the ramp to offload their bags. Modern Clean Convenient Comfortable
Modern,Clean and Convenient Hotel apartments in Westlands, 3 minutes walk to the Westlands Mall The apartment on Nairobi standards was quite luxurious with modern bathrooms ( one ensuite) both showers with ample hot water, rare of Nairobi. Super fast WiFi the best I have encountered in Nairobi. Comfortable beds with modern clean linen Satellite channels. If I wanted to be picky I’d say limited channels but they had news channels one working action movie channel and National Geographic etc. missed ITV CHOICE and BBC plus but that’s just because I am British. The rooftop area is nice with small gym and nice pool and loungers. Really nice place to relax. I never saw any bar facility as advertised and there is construction ongoing on te same floor so it’s noisy and echos through the apartments during the whole day. When this is finished it will be even better Breakfast was ok. Not great but ok as food is served from a table and eggs and other items are cooked to order. The best thing was the attitude of the staff again rare to see in Nairobi all staff willing to help and try and improve the customer satisfaction. This will ensure I return for sure. They recommended a driver to take me to the airport at 4am and he arrived at 3.45am again rare to see. This hotel apartment has the making to provide western standards for local and international clientele For now ask for a room near the ground floor to avoid the noise coming down from the roof but stay here for sure

OK HOTEL BUT WITH NO EXPERIENCE
THE STAFF AT THE FRONT DESK WERE VERY NICE BUT SINCE THEY DON´T HAVE EXPERIENCE THEY RECOMMEND US SOMEONE TO TAKE US TO THE AIRPORT AND HE ARRIVED 40 MINUTES LATE. THE APARTMENT WAS NICE BUT ONE OF THE BATHROOMS HAD A TERRIBLE SMELL. THE AREA IS OK BUT TO ENTER THE HOTEL YOU HAVE TO WALK THROUGH THE GARAGE. BREAKFAST WAS GOOD.
