My weeklong stay here went pretty well, all things considered. As a solo traveler, I didn't really need much and Capital Heights Hotel satisfied. The staff were helpful when I had questions or needed help, the room was cleaned and tidied daily and there’s a restaurant attached to the hotel. My only issues and they're very small issues, were: I didn’t have a 'nice view' from my room, bed was a little on the stiff side and one of the knobs of the bathroom sink didn’t work. These didn't ruin my stay though. If traveling solo or with a small group to Nairobi, Capital Height Hotel is a good option.

Capital Heights Hotel was an unexpectedly great find. The rooms are clean and nice. Location is convenient. The hotel itself is gated. I ended up extending my stay by a day.

The hotel was exactly what I needed for 4 nights in Niarobi. Hot shower. Clean bed. Nice restaurant. The staff were helpful and the owners brother, David, was good company and also very helpful. I would stay here again. There is also 24 hour on site security so safety is no concern.

This is the worse place I have ever stayed in Nairobi. Not tv no Wi-Fi water was too hot or too cold. I can’t believe I have paid 5000 place like this. Places like this are normally 1500 shillings. This really will put me off using Expedia again. Not happy at all.

Hotellets flyplasstransport kosta over tre ganger så mye som en Uber. Hotellet funka greit for å overnatte ei natt ifm reise, men hadde ikke gidda bo der over tid. Kjøkkenet var ikke åpent da vi måtte dra halv åtte, var ikke engang mulig å få seg en kopp kaffe. Da vi ba resepsjonisten om to kortnøkler spurte hun hvorfor det (?!), og jeg måtte forklare at det kan hende vi ønsker å gå ut hver for oss… Underlig spørsmål å få i det hele og store.

Capital H outstanding and quality experience.

It's an outstanding Hotel. The service at the reception,house keeping,the Taxi driver was warm, welcoming and professional. The lovely hotel Capital Heights made me feel very much at home during my six nights stay. Highly recommend!

Not sure about the 3.5 star rating...

one of the worst experiences I have had for a long time, Not really sure how the Hotel gets a 3.5 star rating, it doesn't deserve it... I can understand some of the more happier reviews if you were to go there for a night at the bar / nightclub next door but otherwise, never again... Even at the end of the night, sitting in the courtyard enjoying a beer, we got ushered back to the room thanks to the police trying to fleece us even though it was only 21:30, half an hour before curfew.... That is an experience I never want to repeat

The place was noisy, the WiFi was really really slow, the beddings and towels were really old and with holes, there was so little water coming out of the shower, also, my towels and beddings were never changed.

Nice stay just prepare to wait for breakfast.

For the money the hotel was exactly what i wanted. However the only thing that let the stay down was the wait for breakfast. Over 50 mins to get food once ordered and then i had 10 mins to eat before getting into my taxi. Please look into this as otherwise it would have been a pleasant stay.

Einfaches Zimmer, ruhige Lage, für Upper Hill und Krankenhäuser sehr günstig gelegen. Frühstück einfach, wird aufs Zimmer serviert. Gute WiFi Anbindung. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Für Taxifahrt Pronto Hotel angeben, Off Hospital Road.Capital Heights ist wenig bekannt.

Zum Übernachten ok

Hotel als Stop Over vor der Safari mit Flughafen Transfer gewählt, da günstig. Sehr einfache Unterkunft, in der Sauberkeit und Zustand des Bads grenzwertig sind. Personal ist aber freundlich.Drumherum noch viele Baustellen und macht möchte nicht wirklich vor die Tür. Transfer wurde gut organisiert.

部屋は狭いが全体としてはOk

ローカルのケニア人の宿泊が恐らく中心だと思います。アッパーヒルにあるので、移動は車に頼ることになります。しかし、付近は治安も比較的良いいと思います。 部屋は狭く、冷蔵庫もないですが、綺麗に整えられており、ベッドがかなり部屋のスペースを取りますが、一人で寝るだけであれば十分です。朝食も事前にメニューを伝えておきますが、まぁ合格点でしょう。WIFI もOKです。
