I was upgraded to the The Boma (Main Hotel) because the Boma Inn was undergoing some work. Few things that needs some attention: The shower valves seem to be erratic, turns hotter / colder at random. This was noticed in two rooms. The air conditioning unit not working so well. Noises from parties going on within the hotel did not help with sleeping especially past 23:00hrs. The restriction of food ordered from Uber eat and other deliveries was not very interesting for someone that loves a certain type of food.,. not served in the hotel's restaurant. Location is perfect, with ease of transportation. Hotel is close to a lot of local shops within walking distance.

I had a wonderful stay here. I have never experienced such thoughtful and friendly staff in my many years traveling. Alex at the Inn went above and beyond to help me with everything I needed. I had a massage in the spa at the Boma hotel nextdoor with Frida. She has years of experience and is amazing! I will be returning again!

Near airport but far from city

Good hotel 30 mins from airport and terminius. Rooms are spacy and clean but shower was not so good. A/c has some problems but works. No breakfast this hotel. Possible to have at Boma hotel. Custom service at desk was ok but expect it can be better and more professional this hotel.

COMPLAINTS & SUGGESTIONS TO IMPROVE

Air condition in the room was very, very poor and thus very warm. Even though it was brought to the notice of the reception staff no attempt was made to rectify. I had given sufficient time of my arrival. Room phone too was out of order. Friendly staff. Fast response by reservation staff. Food is good. Food bills had to be settled immediately after dining. This is not good for an in house guest. In-house guests should be able to pay at check out. Room & facilities should be checked prior to a guest check in.

The staffs delivered an excellent service.. the waiters were very accommodating, ready to assist. Also the reception team, I recall that I had one day extension, they didn’t chase me around to come make payment. And the house keepers were exceptional. I will be coming back
