"The Naini Retreat was fantastic! The property sits high on the mountain, offering beautiful views. The staff were exceptional: friendly and helpful. The restaurant staff were very willing to address my dietary restrictions and provide some incredible food. I also used the spa, and it was a perfect way to relax after a long day of sightseeing. "It was very disappointing to stay here, even we have booked with dinner, they refused to serve it ,location of resort is very remote and they do not provide any pick and drop facilities from hotel Amenities are not complete in room. "

"Fabulous luxury in the jungle! The staff were exceptional and the hotel provided a peaceful refuge from the hustle and bustle of city life. Many beautiful birds come onto the property and can be seen from the pool, at breakfast, or on one of the many walkable paths throughout the property. Highly recommended! "
