Gorgeous sound front home in Nags Head! Sound access and stunning views.

The Boat House offers stunning sound views from both the front and back sides of the house. Custom built modern home with classic Old Nags Head style charm and features. Beautiful wood-work throughout. Fantastic kitchen and dining area with sound views. The unique location on the causeway in Nags Head is right on the Roanoke Sound and only about a half mile from the Atlantic Ocean and Jennette's Pier. It is also convenient to beach activities like the Wright Brothers Monument and Jockey's Ridge State Park plus Roanoke Island attractions like the NC Aquarium, The Lost Colony, Elizabethan Gardens and Fort Raleigh National Historic site. Multiple popular restaurants and retail shops are within a walk or 1-2 minute drive. Bodie Island Light House, Pea Island National Wildlife Refuge and Cape Hatteras National Seashore are within a 10-15 minute drive.
