This well maintained vacation home will have you coming back year after year. Enjoy beautiful sunsets over the Roanoke Sound from the front porch, or from the nearby park, a short block and one half away. Enjoy a morning walk or evening stroll through the Village at Nags Head. Home also provides High-speed Wireless Internet.

Located in the Village at Nags Head with beautiful new deck furniture on two rear decks and front porch. Home has streaming TVs, fireplace, high chair, Pack-n-Play and a spacious recreation room with foosball.

Outside, enjoy the Hot Tub, grill, and large patio.

GREAT LOCATION!

Quiet and beautiful little neighborhood away from the noise of the main highway, even on “bike week” it was quiet. Yet there’s a nice plaza within walking distance that has everything you could need for your stay. The back deck was great! The only thing the house could use is a couple of area rugs to soften the house a little bit. Very large master bedroom on top floor with a private deck. Nice views and great location. Would definitely stay here again. Price was very good for the space as well.

Great neighborhood and location!

Our family loved the quiet neighborhood! The house was literally perfect for our needs. I received a message when we were on the way there that the cooktop was broken so we would only have half of it to use, but they provided hot plates in the interim. The stove was replaced in two days! Amenities at the village beach club or awesome for us too. It was a great week!

Average all around.

Not the best place we have rented in OBX. We arrived and had to air out the garage for several hours as it had a very stale smell. The rubber weather tripping was half falling off the back garage door making it hard to open/close. The outside shower behind the house was rather scary. Wasn’t sure if certain areas above the bench inside was mold or faded paint. Didn’t really want to investigate. The inside is poorly designed. Very small and tight kitchen. Door to outside back deck opens up to stairs going to master bedroom. But the biggest take away is that all the furnishings and fixtures were on the cheap. The main room smart TV was ok, but the rest of them in the house were a joke. Everyone actually laughed at how absurdly small they were. Most of us had small laptops that had larger screens. The mattress & boxspring in the master bedroom, while comfortable, rested on a very flimsy & wobbly bed frame. Lastly, someone (with owner, neighbor or mngmt company) should do some preventative landscaping at the front of the property. The road splits into a “one way” section just before the driveway and hedges/scrubery before the driveway makes it a safety hazard backing out of the driveway. We did so without incident, but had to do so very slowly and carefully.

July 2016 Stay

Nice, well-cared for house with many positives. Our only complaint was the lack of bathrooms. We had 5 people sharing 1 bathroom which was a real inconvenience. Adding a shower to downstairs bathroom would be a big improvement.

We had a WONDERFUL time! Our house exceeded our expectations. Village Realty staff was wonderful to speak with and their timeliness response to a minor issue we had was perfect! I don't think we could've had a better week!
