Bring the whole family to Salty 7, a luxury oceanfront retreat in Nags Head with 8 bedrooms, 7.5 baths, a private pool, game room, and stunning ocean-to-sound views. Recently renovated with all new furniture, flooring, and designer touches. Enjoy sunrise coffee on the deck, sunsets over the sound, and an easy walk to Jennette’s Pier. Parking for 4 cars. Community beach access easement on the left side.

The space

Welcome to Salty 7, your private oceanfront getaway in the heart of Nags Head. This stunning 8-bedroom, 7.5-bathroom home offers three spacious levels of thoughtfully designed living space, perfect for large families or group gatherings.

On the ground level, you’ll find a pool table, arcade game, second living area with smart TV and kitchenette, plus three bedrooms including a Jack-and-Jill suite and a twin room. This level opens directly to the refinished private pool, complete with grill and outdoor seating — perfect for cookouts and lounging after a day on the beach.

Head upstairs to the second level, where you'll find four bedrooms — three of which are private king suites — plus a twin bedroom and access to the newly rebuilt ocean view deck. Two of the king suites open directly onto the deck, offering the perfect place to sip coffee at sunrise and hear the waves roll in.

The top level features a breathtaking open-concept living space with panoramic ocean views, a designer kitchen with double dishwashers, bar seating, and a cozy breakfast nook. You’ll also find the eighth bedroom — a luxurious king suite with views of both the ocean and the sound — and a remodeled half bath.

Recently renovated throughout, Salty 7 features new flooring, new furniture, hurricane shutters, updated appliances, and upgraded HVAC and pool systems. Every space has been professionally styled for a high-end yet comfortable stay.

Please Note:

Parking is limited to 4 vehicles. The driveway is tight — reverse entry parking is recommended.

A beach access easement allows guests from four homes across the street to use the path along the left side of the property. The beach remains uncrowded and private to the Whalebone Beach community.

Holiday Weekend at Salty 7

My family had a wonderful stay at Salty 7. The location couldn’t have been better - beautiful, easy beach access, walking distance to ice cream and shops. The house had everything you could want and the host was so communicative, answering all my questions quickly. The kids loved jumping in the pool after a day at the beach and the adults loved relaxing on the shaded deck in the evening. The perfect house for a week st the beach with family.
