The perfect family beach home is right here and you're going to love it! With its own private walkway to the beach and priced so that your kids can still go to college, our home continues to be one of the most popular oceanfront homes on the Outer Banks. Our ground level has been turned into a getaway for the kids - equipped with a double bed and a bathroom.

This OBX Oceanfront vacation home in Nags Head has the following features and amenities: TVs, WiFi, pack N play, outdoor grill, outside shower, picnic table, dune top deck. This is an Old Nags Head style home, oceanfront and very family friendly.

Pets allowed. No smoking/vaping. Ground floor bonus room is not accessible from the rest of the home. Ocean views are only from the dune deck.

My pen was breaking as I was trying to sign the guest book in the cottage. My name is Rob White and we rented the beautiful Mann cottage last week. ( the week of Bonnie ) ugh. But....this cottage was perfect for us and perfect to ride out the storm. The beautifully updated old fashioned cottage with its wrap around porch gave us a place to be during the rain. We SO appreciate the style and charm that the family has kept in their family cottage. I LOVE the family pictures that gave us a look into the past of this magical place. We too appreciate that the family has not "sold out" to developers, or to someone who does not understand that a "mcmansion" is not the appropriate choice for everyone that wants to vacation in the Outer Banks. Thank you for believing in your families heritage and sharing it with us! And BTW - Village Realty was amazing too!!
