Very well equipped for your vacation pleasure, this home offers cozy wrap-around decks and porches and is very close to the Beach (Direct Private Beach Access Only 75 Ft. Across Beach Road). Enjoy Ocean Views from the upper level of this nicely furnished and well maintained cottage that has all the modern conveniences, including recycling service.

    Ground Level: Parking for 3 Cars, Steps to Entry, Utility Room w/Washer/Dryer, Refrigerator, Enclosed Outside Shower, Gas Grill, Fish Cleaning Station, and Private 12 X25 Swimming Pool - Open Seasonally.

    Mid Level: Living/Dining/Kitchen Areas, TV, Gas Fireplace, 2 Bedrooms (1 Private Suite w/King, Full Bath, 1 Bedroom w/Queen, TV), Full Bath, Screen Porch w/Furniture, Covered Deck w/Furniture, and Sun Deck w/Hammock, Built-In Seating, Rocking Chairs, and 3 Porch Swings.
