Perfect location but dirty

We were very happy with the location so close to the beach. Upon arrival we found the floors were very dirty and dust on all the furniture. The sheets on one bed were dirty, there was no toilet paper, an almost empty roll of paper towels and no trash bags. The tub in one bathroom did not drain properly. After calling, the property manager delivered some toilet paper and promised to deliver paper towels but did not follow up. We found a vacuum cleaner in the bedroom closet and vacuumed all the floors. Because of this bad experience, we will not be renting from VRBO in the future.
