Well, I was supposed to have a castle view. Although technically the room was on the side of the castle, I was in a room that was on such a low floor, that all I could see was a sea of air conditioning compressors, on the roof of the lower portion of the building. As Okazaki and its Castle are a real favorite and special place for me, it was really disappointing. And it was promised, in both the reservation that I made with you guys, and by the hotel itself too. I’m including photos I took for you to see of that here.

おそらく古いホテルだと思いますが、とても清潔で清掃が行き届いていました。 特に大浴場と脱衣場はとても綺麗にされていたと思います。 また、大浴場の女湯の時間帯は、入室時にチェックインの時に渡される暗証番号の入力が必要な為、セキュリティにも気を配っていると感じました。 部屋の窓からの景色もよく、夜も静かでした。 また利用したいと思います。

フロントの対応はよかった お風呂もタイミング的にほぼ貸し切りに、ただ曇っていたため景色はあまり楽しめなかった オートロックはよかったが最初鍵の開け方に戸惑った
