ウエルカムドリンクは1杯だけと日本語で書いてあり、英語の記載もないから常識反する量を持って行く人がいた。朝食も英語や中国語の記載がないため、空のペットボトルにジュースを入れる人やパンをナプキンに大量に持って行く人、納豆を大量に持って帰る人を見た。トレーの片付けも記載がないので、そのままにしている人がいた。 今は簡単に訳す事が出来るのだから、観光客向けに訳を表記した方が良い。

Of the hotels I have stayed at in Japan, this was by far my least favorite. The staff are a bit standoffish and are not welcoming. The lobby furniture is a bit dated and the breakfast area seemed dirty. I found the room to be very spacious and comfortable and made up for the staff's demeanor and lobby. However, the hallways smell very musty and dirty. The entire floor that I was staying on smelled of a gym-dirty socks for the entirety of my 2-day stay. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Very handy and a great value! The best part is the staff. They all work hard to make the place a nice place to be. I was in town on business and needed a room basically. The hotel was full of loud tourists but still I had a nice time there. They offered a complimentary 'Happy Hour', a chance to enjoy a drink, (soft and hard!) in the lobby. They also have a sauna and Japanese Bath in the evening, and a complimentary free breakfast. All at a very very economical price. Great Place!

Great location, walking distance from subway stations. Attractions nearby such as Oasis 21 and the TV tower. Rooms were clean, comfortable and a decent size! Excellent breakfast and good onsen, very friendly and accommodating staff. I had booked a smoking room but changed it to non-smoking room upon check in , they approved my request with a smile.

Friendly, English speaking staff. Quick check-in. Twin bed deluxe room surprisingly large. Great breakfast - loved the scrambled egg and sausages (& natto and J goodies to accompany if you should so want. Bath opens at 6pm. Laundry and drier also used. Good 4 night stay. Would choose this over others again.

The room is in nice size for Japanese hotel. The bed and blanket are comfy. There are personal use item by the counter down stairs for you to grab such as cleansing oil, cleansing foam and face lotion which is very convenient for ladies. There's also ice machine and drink machine downstairs. The best thing is the breakfast buffet. It's the best hotel breakfast I've ever had.

cant find better hotel than this, i stayed for 2 nights while i explore nagoya and i really enjoy the hotel. they offered free breakfast with lots of variaty and free drink as well. the room is clean, tidy and bathroom is good. the location is very convenient as it only takes 3mins walk to station. i will recommend this to all traveller and i would go back if i visit nagoya again.

Service to improve
No complaint in the room conditions but the service was a bit dissapointed. I requested to have 2 extra pillows but they only give 1 and I need to collect it myself at the front office (night shift male employee). On the good part, their breakfast was pretty good.

双人房虽然空间不大，但是有一张160的双人床，六个晚上都睡的很好，早餐也不錯，只要走进去就可以吃，不需要登记，还有每天17点到21点的免费酒水任你喝，我们八个人四间房都住的很开心，前台工作人员也都很好，离久屋大通站也近（走路两分钟就到）

It was a cold rainy day and we were wet to get there. They still made us wait to be checked in. We really needed to be inside of our room. Why didn't you let us in if our room was ready.

The room was very cramped and some of the staff were surly. Although the girl at checkout was very helpful. Breakfast was good and the hotel is in a convenient location. The signage is virtually non existent so can be tricky to find.

5 feet bed in single room
Surprise that 5 feet bed is provided for our single room. This is excellent and beyond our expect. Very comfortable room. We will stay again next time.

very pleasant and reasonable hotel in very calm part of Nagoya not far from Sakae centrum and subway Hisaya Odori, where is a direct line to the Nagoya station /3 stops/ and you can also use circle line. Rooms are comfortable as well as beds, we recommend two single beds- more space. There is a refridgerator and coffee and tea facility in the room.air condition isn´t loud, breakfast is very good, there is everythig, typical Japanese and also for Europeans including fruit and salad.Staff is very polite, not too good at English. The only negativ for us was, that the hotel has no sign except on top of the building but in Japanese. We had a luck in the subway, when we came, one Japanese lady took us to the hotel. Normally we wouldn´t recognize it. We have booked this hotel twice during our Japanese stay, once for 5 nights and one for 11 nights, we have got the same room by the second stay, we have booked smoking room because of price, as we are non smoker we worried a bit, but there was no smell in the room. From the hotel you can also visit Nagoya castle, about 15 minutes walk, in the vicinity there is also a stop of tourist circle bus. For longer stay buy maneca card. It took about 1 hour to the airport by airport train from Nagoya Station, We recommend this hotel.

I forgot a bag with my medicines in the room, called them trying to retrieve it and answer: nothing found. The cleaning staff considered my medicines trash and just disposed everything? Hard to believe...
