Compared to other places we stayed cluttered with not quite the same and amenities. The owner was very helpful when we got stuck in snow bank during a snowstorm via messages. "My partner and I had the most amazing time at Ember Lodge in Hakuba! The staff were so welcoming and the service was incredible. Mike and Leo organised a pick-up and drop off service for us. Breakfast cooked and served to us each morning with an option for a cooked dinner as well which was delicious. The location was perfect too, only an 5-10min walk to the ski lifts. Already looking to book another trip here!"
