間違えて喫煙ルームを予約してしまったのが悪いのですが、エレベーター降りた瞬間タバコの匂い、、部屋に入ったらものすごいタバコ臭、、他でも喫煙ルーム宿泊した事ありますが、あそこまで凄い匂いがした部屋は初めて ただ、スタッフの方の対応はよかったです

メールで送られて来た旅程表には朝食ありとなっていたため、翌朝フロントに朝食をもらいに行ったら、受付は寝ていてしばらく出て来ず、チェックインの時に朝食希望と言わないと予約分しか用意していないと言われました。 チェックインの際に受付の女性は凄く愛想が悪く、朝食は予約が必要なんてもちろん説明もありませんでした。 ホテルのクオリティも低く、あのレベルで宿泊代は高過ぎます。 駅からもかなり遠いのに。 今後絶対宿泊しないし、周りにも勧めません。
