"First could not find reservation, Waited over one hour and lady at desk had an attitude. Then taken to wrong room; no ocean view. Then moved to another building and it has a ocean view from 14th floor over a 1/4 mile away! No where near the beach; you have to walk to a open field and then pay to go on the beach. This is just old condo's that are empty and poorly managed and false advertising at the least. would NEVER recommend! Oh, and a $13.00 per hour early check in; charged for 2 hours even...

Also, the room (deluxe single) which I reserved on Expedia was not available when I checked-in, and had to pay extra (more than double) to the host on-site to be able to stay at the two-bed condo they had. "We had a lovely time at Crimson! Everything from the food to the staff to the amenities was top notch! We felt very welcomed and the staff was fabulous. The rooms were perfect and we loved hanging by the pool and using the gym. There is a couple of dining options with large menus which we enjoyed as well. The food and service was beyond 5 star! Can definitely recommend! "
