"At check out I tried to explain problems with my room, black mold on bathroom ceiling and a lamp that had exposed wiring that someone will get shocked from but lady at counter spoke so poor English, I feel I did no good."

"There was leftover food in the fridge, the floors hadn’t been cleaned and the hotel staff stacked people on top of each other on the same floor even though they weren’t busy. Hotel staff wasn’t helpful when I mentioned my trip had changed and needed to cancel one of my days. "

"Staff was very nice, the hotel itself is definitely in need of some remodeling work as there were apparent dated or dilapidation in some areas. Everything was clean though. I would stay here again! "

"We only stayed two nights but it is relatively close to WKU which is why we chose this hotel. The room was clean, the staff was nice, and the breakfast was okay. Not many options for breakfast but it provided enough to feed travelers. They were painting so that was a little inconvenient but other than that, we enjoyed our stay."

"I always stay at the LaQuinta while in Bowling Green. Our daughter attended Western Kentucky University all 4 years and just graduated as of this writing, May 2026. Numerous restaurants, grocery stores, & shops located near by. The hotel always has plenty of parking, nice selection of breakfast items, really good coffee, large rooms, nice beds, & clean. Staff are super sweet & helpful. LaQuinta is directly off I65, close to the Corvette Museum & Western Kentucky University."

"I have stayed here before and it was great. The problem this time is that there is major construction at this property and it was not disclosed prior to arrival at all. Currently on expedia it does not mention it."
