"Very unwelcoming “lobby”. Elevator needs improvement. Rather depressing first impression. Room was basic but clean and comfortable for our quick stay. Pleasant staff. Bright breakfast area best space on the property."

"The space was beautiful and is in an excellent location to downtown Mystic and Main Street where there are a ton of shops and eateries. The host was very helpful with early check in and responded quickly. There were starter coffee pods provided. The only things that we weren’t fans of were the bed was a little hard and there were two chairs instead of a small sofa to sit on - not really complaints - just a head’s up. Also - this does not affect everyone - but we are smoker’s. We understand not being able to smoke inside a rental (as we would never do that) but we didn’t realize until after we booked that we couldn’t smoke on the property. Again - not a big deal or dealbreaker - more like an FYI. There are other tenants/rentals on the property but we never saw or heard them at all. Overall it was a beautiful stay and we would definitely recommend the rental to anyone looking for a great location and easy stay in Mystic!"
