"The staff was very friendly. I arrived shortly after 3pm but my room was not ready. It seemed decently clean, however there was no shower gel or shampoo, thankfully I brought my own. I could hear literally every single thing that the people staying next door were saying, their tv through the wall. They were awake at 6:30am and I was woken and heard their whole conversation. It was very unfortunate for my night stay. There was ample parking, good amenities in terms of the breakfast bar. Elevator is slow and kind of creepy. But good location for Mystic. "

The house is very comfortable, the kitchen is well stocked (even milk for our morning coffee!), and there are many attentive details (lots of towels, bath bombs, cozy throws). The location in downtown Mystic can’t be beat and having our own parking made coming and going very easy. We hope to return soon!"
