Barbara did an amazing job with this place. It’s so welcoming and quaint. The bed was super comfortable. It is in a very quiet area and very walkable to everything around. We will definitely be back.

Amazing weekend

Fantastic 2 day get-away at the Riverview!

The Riverview was lovely! It was clean, comfortable & tastefully decorated! Barbara was a wonderful host pleasant, and very knowledgeable about the local restaurants.

Relaxing space with an incredible view

Beautiful views and a very short walk to downtown Mystic. The inside is very comfortable and cozy, thoughtfully and tastefully decorated with very nice touches. I would definitely stay here again

Wonderful property!

We really enjoyed our stay. The space was exactly as described and the added touches enhanced the experience. Perfect location within a short walking distance to stores, restaurants, bars and attractions. We will be back!

The perfect place in a perfect location

Barbara and Anaund were wonderful hosts. They had little touches that made the stay even more enjoyable. Very comfortable and clean and within walking distance of everything. We have stayed at many VRBO’s and this is one of the best!

Wonderful stay - perfect location

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at the Riverbed Cottage. The cottage was very comfortable for the two of us and we loved the nautical/vintage decor. The location was perfect - within walking distance of everything in the downtown area. We enjoyed sitting out by the river in front of the cottage in the provided adirondack chairs - lovely view! Communication with our host was excellent. We highly recommend this cottage!

An amazing getaway

We had an absolutely terrific time. The location of the property was perfect. Barbara went over the top with the amenities providing snacks, waters & even a bottle of wine. The decor fit in perfectly with the scenery. We will definitely be planning a trip back

Mystic River

This is a great spot with fabulous views of the river, including the bridge! The location is perfect for parking the car for a couple days and enjoying Mystic on foot. The owners are very thoughtful and have included many nice touches to ensure a comfortable stay. It's a great place to stay to enjoy everything Mystic offers.

LOCATION and VIEW

We were able to walk to everything. There was music playing on the Mystic River so that was wonderful. The house was better than we thought, and the bed was very comfy.

Charming property

Beautiful and well decorated property. Very clean and in a great location overlooking the river. There is a little place to make some coffee but not a real kitchenette, as there is no sink or space to make something to eat. Overall we enjoyed our stay there.

Cozy and Inviting

We've stayed at numerous rental properties and this is, by far, our favorite. The location is amazing and the owners have created a cozy and inviting place to stay. Beautiful views, wonderful decor, thoughtful snacks, walking distance to shops and restaurants, free parking...what's not to love?

Lovely Waterfront Apartment

Well outfitted and nicely decorated apartment. Barbara and Arnoud are gracious hosts . Pair of waterfront deck chairs available to watch the boats go by. Great neighborhood for riverfront walks. Short 1 minute walk to downtown Mystic with numerous restaurants and shops.

Perfect location

We had such a great stay. The place was really cute and decked out with everything we would need—including snacks, which we really appreciated! We loved sitting outside on the covered porch, looking at the water. The location could not be better. It’s about a two-minute walk to downtown Mystic; we never had to move our car once while we were there because we walked to shops, restaurants, cafes (and even CVS). We would definitely stay here again!

Just close enough, but far enough away

The decor was perfect for the experience. Nautical mixed with fun elements. Just steps away from the action, but far enough to walk home to tranquility. Located right on the river, this apt has great views of all the boats coming and gowing. Great communication with yhe owner.

Perfection! The apartment was meticulous, well cared for, had all the amenities needed, and was in a prime location. Gorgeous views. Barbara was extremely kind and friendly, yet we felt like it was our own space. We came to celebrate our anniversary and have nothing but positive memories ❤️

Perfect Mystic spot!

Cute space in an historic building right on the Mystic River with a view of the bridge and only a block from the main downtown area. Quiet, clean,convenient. Barb was upstairs if we needed anything and she even offered to let us use her kayak! Wine, coffee and treats were a nice surprise waiting for us on arrival. Perfect for any vacation time in Mystic.

Sweet getaway

The location was perfect! Walk to everything and enjoyed our stay! The hosts are Very attentive to your needs but leave you with complete privacy. The only things ans a gentleman just mentioned is the staircase is enclosed so you have to be a little Agile to get over it and the parking was difficult Because if You left your street space people are Quick To take it! Otherwise it Was perfect Thank you!

Just what was needed

Although we were familiar with the area and had passed by the property 1000’s of times we couldn’t have been happier with everything. From the initial contact with our host , to the quality and layout of the space and of course the location. Being able to relax and stare at the river first thing in the morning was priceless. We are better for having found the property and stayed there.
