Harbor View Landing is located in the historic town of Mystic, CT.
The property is situated on one end of Willow Point, just a half mile outside of the downtown area. Our property consists of 4 waterfront cottages and 2 multi-unit homes. This property opened in June of 2019 and offers many included amenities such as a private dock with kayaks and paddle boards as well as complimentary bikes, fire pits and lawn games, all over looking the beautiful Connecticut coastline.
This listing is for the owner's suite of our newest and most prestigious home on the property, The Mystic. This is for the top floor only, there is another unit on the 2nd floor, to rent both please inquire directly. This unit has 2 bedrooms (1 king, 1 queen) and an executive office. It also has 2 bathrooms, a utility room with washer dryer. There is a large living area with sleeper sofa and fully equipped kitchen off the expansive deck overlooking the waterfront. Spectacular!!

Great Views and a Lovely home!
We came out to visit our son while he is stationed in Groton. Mystic had a lot of fun shopping and eateries. The property was really nice, the beds were all super comfortable, and communication with the hosts was very quick. We would definitely book this rental again!

This property is absolutely amazing. It’s the most beautiful VRBO I have ever stayed at. 8 adults were perfectly comfortable in the 3 bedroom unit. The view is breathtaking- the decor in the unit is HGTV on steroids and it’s an easy walk to town. Communication was prompt as well. Highly recommend!!!

Stayed for just one night with family and our two young kids, and it is everything that is advertised. Beautiful space, amazing view, great amenities, and quick downtown location. Our only regret is not booking longer. We'll definitely be back. Management was great, precise, and clean. Thank you!

The place is absolutely gorgeous! Immaculately clean! 10 minute walk to town, shopping bars and restaurants. Right on the water!Our view of the sunrise with coffee in the morning was spectacular! Host answered all texted within minutes. We wish we could have stayed another day. One day is NOT enough! Bikes, kayaks, lawn games, fire pit…Incredible stay. Highly recommended ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The property was amazingly clean and beautiful. Few things: you can hear guests in unit below and it took a few hours to get more warm water after our kids showered. Not sure what happened there but property managers very responsive.
