Harbor View Landing Mystic CT - The Bluffs Waterfront House - Second Floor Only

Harbor View Landing is located in the historic town of Mystic, CT.
The property is situated on one end of Willow Point, just a half mile outside of the downtown area. Our property consists of 4 waterfront cottages and 2 multi-unit homes. This property opened in June of 2019 and offers many included amenities such as a private dock with kayaks and paddle boards as well as complimentary bikes, fire pits and lawn games, all over looking the beautiful Connecticut coastline.

This listing is for the second floor ONLY of the Bluffs House. The 1st floor is also rented. Inquire directly to rent both. This unit boasts of two spacious queen size bedrooms, separate living area with full size sleeper sofa, as well as a custom tiled private bathroom. Modern kitchen featuring a retro fridge, microwave, Nepresso maker, blender and complimentary bottle of wine and water (no oven, outdoor grill available seasonally). The kitchen has seating for up to 4, and private deck overlooking the water.

Spring break getaway

We had a lovely experience in West Mystick at the Harbor House. The rental was lovely, clean, and contained enough of the necessary amenities. The view of the harbor was lovely. There were renters below us that had small children and at times that was very noisy. You could hear them running back and forth most of the evening. If they were playing music you could hear that as well. It was very cold during our time in Mystic so the heat was necessary. The baseboard heat was sufficient to keep up warm but was very noisy as it kicked on and off through the night. We would definitely return to Harbor House but would likely rent a different accommodation such as a stand alone cottage.
