Downtown Mystic - Newly Renovated Apartment

  • Newly renovated apartment in an old house built in 1845. The property is right in the center of Mystic on the Groton side of the draw bridge. Walking distance to restaurants and area attractions including Mystic Seaport Museum. Off-street parking. Short drive to Stonington Borough and Watch Hill RI.

    Maximum of 2 people allowed. All guests must be at least 27 years of age. No parties allowed on premises. Pets not allowed. No smoking on premises.

    About the space:
    Unit 2 is located on the ground floor and offers the following layout and amenities:
    - One bedroom with queen-size bed
    - One bath with shower
    - Living room with couch and 50" TV. Streaming and live TV is through Hulu
    - Full kitchen including stove, oven, fridge, microwave
    - Dishes, utensils, glasses, cookware, bakeware.
    - Nespresso machine
    - Separate dining area
    - In-unit laundry
    - WiFi
    - Air conditioning via window unit
    - Off street parking

    Guest access:
    Guest access via keyless electronic lock.

    House rules:
    - No parties
    - Maximum of 2 guests (no exceptions)

So glad we stayed here! We were in town for a wedding and decided to stay here instead of at one of the hotel blocks. The location was perfect! Just a 5 minute walk to downtown. The space was extremely clean and so nicely renovated. It felt very new! So spacious which was really nice for a long weekend plus having all the amenities. We will definitely be back!

This was one of the nicest places we have ever rented on VRBO. It was beautifully decorated, very clean, and comfortable. Nice off street parking and a 2 minute walk into town. Mike was a great host and very communicative. We visit Mystic regularly and will definitively be renting from Mike again.

What a lovely place to stay. Centrally located near all the best restaurants and shopping Mystic has to offer. Everything was walkable. The apartment itself provided all the daily amenities anyone could ask for and we are looking forward to staying here again in the near future. Great Location, Delightful Place

The location is prefect-just a short walk down to the bridge and about 1 mile to the Seaport. The apartment was well appointed, clean and very pleasant. We stayed at an upstairs unit last summer and this one was just as nice!
