Downtown Mystic - Newly Renovated Apartment

  • Newly renovated apartment in an old house built in 1845. The property is right in the center of Mystic on the Groton side of the draw bridge. Walking distance to restaurants and area attractions including Mystic Seaport Museum. Off-street parking. Short drive to Stonington Borough and Watch Hill RI.

    Maximum of 2 people allowed. All guests must be at least 27 years of age. No parties allowed on premises. Pets not allowed. No smoking on premises.

    About the space:
    Unit 2 is located on the ground floor and offers the following layout and amenities:
    - One bedroom with queen-size bed
    - One bath with shower
    - Living room with couch and 50" TV. Streaming and live TV is through Hulu
    - Full kitchen including stove, oven, fridge, microwave
    - Dishes, utensils, glasses, cookware, bakeware.
    - Nespresso machine
    - Separate dining area
    - In-unit laundry
    - WiFi
    - Air conditioning via window unit
    - Off street parking

    Guest access:
    Guest access via keyless electronic lock.

    House rules:
    - No parties
    - Maximum of 2 guests (no exceptions)
    - We do not allow pets

What a lovely place to stay. Centrally located near all the best restaurants and shopping Mystic has to offer. Everything was walkable. The apartment itself provided all the daily amenities anyone could ask for and we are looking forward to staying here again in the near future. The location is prefect-just a short walk down to the bridge and about 1 mile to the Seaport. The apartment was well appointed, clean and very pleasant. We stayed at an upstairs unit last summer and this one was just as nice!

This property is a wonderful place to stay. 5 stars for cleanliness and class. It's only a 5 minute walk to center city Mystic so close to all you need including restaurants and shopping. I would highly recommend this for any couples.

Great Getaway

Lovely apartment. Ideally located in the heart of Mystic. You can walk just about everywhere but be aware it’s a steep hill coming back from anywhere. The owner was extremely accommodating. I would stay there again.
