- LOCATION! This historic Downtown Mystic gem has just been completely renovated top to bottom, inside & out in 2023! New furniture and linens too! Enjoy a lemonade on the front porch & watch the world go by on a Summer night or wine by the fire on a chilly one. Park your cars in the driveway and walk to amazing restaurants and wonderful downtown attractions in 2-5 mins! For water enthusiasts public dock, boat ramp, transient dockage, and kayak & paddle board rentals are all across the street. Concerts, boat tours , art fairs ,seaport & aquarium all so close! Enjoy 2 wonderful beaches; Esker Point and Williams are 2.3 miles in each direction. Award winning Sift bakery is 1/3 of a mile away! Capt. Daniel Packer is across the street just .13 of a mile! Central AC & heat, large eat-in kitchen and dining room that seats 10.
