"Ran out of Kleenex day one - had to go to desk and request some toilet paper day two . Thank goodness, they did put some dry towels in unit on our day two, but couldn’t be bothered to take out used, wet towels. Room floor needed sweeping upon arrival. At the high price, expected better!!"

"We had to deal with a leak in the living room ceiling for 3 days. No communication with the front staff or maintenance. We had to call the front office more than 3 times each day for someone to come check the leak and still not fix the issue."

"Great hotel but was always short on pool towels so it was inconvenient. The first room they placed us in was disgusting and the rug was soaked from the broken ac unit. It smelt like mold! They bumped us up to the top floor which was great. Other than that I was an overall good experience."
