The soft sand of Myrtle Beach is two blocks - a four-minute walk - from this darling townhouse, a well-appointed, two-story space with an outdoor community pool that makes a wonderful home base for beach-goers, golfers, and those looking to enjoy the many attractions nearby.The patio out back is fenced for your privacy. Free parking in front of the cottage.

This cottage is located between 19th and 20th Avenues South on the Myrtle Beach, just minutes to all attractions, shopping and dining. Play a few rounds of golf in the Golf Capitol of the World with over 100 championship courses to choose from; shopping at the two Tanger Outlets and the assorted mall and shopping centers; take adventure on a fishing charter, kayaking and scuba diving; visit Broadway at the beach for assortment of dining choice and entertaining museums like WonderWorks, the Hollywood Wax Museum......

We have implemented contactless check-in. No need to talk to anyone nor pick up keys anywhere. The house door is controlled by combination locks. Codes will be sent by email and text message.

The outdoor pool is open year-round for your enjoyment.

Only two cars allowed in the complex, one is with our condo number, the other could be anywhere without a number.

Summertime

It was a little smaller than I’m used to but it fit the 10 of us perfectly. Beach was four blocks to walk with easy access, the pool onsite was very nice with restrooms, putt putt about a block and half and plenty of eateries close by. The cottage was clean with backyard privacy. Very quiet i would rent again.

Birthday getaway

We stayed here for my daughter’s 8th birthday and absolutely loved it! Accessibility to the beach/pool was great, and we were close to all of our children’s favorite activities! We loved having the fenced in backyard for the kids to play and for everyone to unwind at the end of the day. We will definitely be back and can’t wait to book our next trip here!

We loved the house- lots of space! The community pool, although too cold at our time of stay, looked nice. Cute neighborhood with good parking and close to so much! Walking distance to beach, restaurants, and stores. Check-in was easy and the homeowner contacted us to make sure all was good before, during, and after our stay.

Great Location and Great Host!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the most wonderful vacation rental, and I must say that I am highly impressed! This beautiful home was situated in a great location, which was not only clean and friendly, but also close to the beach - the perfect place to spend a family vacation. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the host who was friendly and communicative. She gave us great advice on the best local restaurants for dinner, and made us feel right at home. The vacation rental itself was spotless, with every little detail carefully considered. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and we enjoyed all the amenities that were on offer. I highly recommend this vacation rental to anyone looking for a fantastic family vacation experience. It truly exceeded all our expectations and left us with nothing but great memories. We stayed 4 nights with 3 adults and 2 children. The location was very good with the beach only being a short walk and the pool right across from the unit. Many attractions and shopping close by. There were several concerns with overall cleanliness, some plumbing issues, and the only TV that we could use was in the living room. They had universal remotes and the TVs would not pair. The host was very responsive and immediately offered to fix the problems, but we did not want people in and out while we were only there for a short time. The cleaning crew was sent back the following morning and addressed a couple of the concerns. Although, we encountered a few problems, nothing is perfect. The location was exactly what we wanted, the home stayed ice cold during the heat wave, and the property manager was top notch.

The location is close to ocean! Nice to hace pool on site. Close enough to many restaurants and tshirt shops. Close to Broadway ar the beach and Barefoot Landing. Close to Walmart. Slept so good! Multiple bathrooms was nice to have. Host respnded very quickly!respond

Although a few items in the home were well loved - we had a great time! The beach is a very nice short walk, as well as mini golf and ice cream. We loved the quiet neighborhood and the home was perfect for our girls to have their own space and a little area outside!

Kitchen, living room were not clean, sand on couch, coffee spilt on coffee table, floors dirty, kitchen had dirty dishes, counters had dried food on them.wall by garbage can had food on it. Bedrooms and bathrooms were good. Nice spacious, great location. Did let the host know and she offered to have cleaning lady come back, i declined because we already had pur stuff in.
